My own personal journey began with the shock of a hostile auto-immune disorder.  I was told steroids (anti-inflamatories) and pain meds would be my best chance at a decent life.

Hmmm. Nope. Not for this woman.

I began to explore natural remedies that would take down swelling and pain without side effects. Thus began my journey into the benefits of herbs, essential oils, spices, plant butters, and much more.  I realized more is better when it comes to these ingredients.

A quick sidenote:  I owned a plant nursery for 10 years and have been in the landscape industry for over 20 years.  My knowledge of plants has been very useful in navigating their world of repairing, healing, rejuvenating, refreshing, and enhancing our lives as well as those of animals.

 

By degree, I am an ecologist.  I have studied environmental effects involving contaminants and their effects on our bodies and our ecosystem.  Beauty products are loaded with plastics, sulfates, and carcinogens that lead to autoimmune diseases and cancers.  The knowledge of what we put in and on our bodies and are FDA approved can be very overwhelming.  My intentions have been to replace a product here and there until I am finally rid of all things toxic from my life.  This is what has propelled me to create my formulas.

 

Back to my journey (lol)....I blended my heart out.  I gave away concoctions to friends, family, and quite frankly, anyone I heard of that was suffering from...anything.  The feedback and results were amazing.  The remedy was incredibly simple.  Get rid of synthetic ingredients and embrace nature.

 

 8 years later, I have simplified my products and created such wonderful creams, serums, and oil blends that exude love.  Love of myself.  Love of my fellow humans.  Love of nature. Love of Gaia.  I am so excited to share these products with you. 

 

I cannot claim they are healing, because the FDA frowns on this, but I can claim that I want everyone to benefit from these blends in the way I have. I can say the ingredients support optimal health.

 

My goal is to bring solutions to my fellow humans and remind us all of the paths our ancestors walked and the beautiful earth solutions they followed in a holistic, peaceful way..
