Buttery Goodness!
When most individuals hear about plant butters, they immediately think “Cocoa Butter!” (very comedogenic… which means it clogs pores!). Or their second thought will be “Shea Butter!” Unlike Cocoa Butter, it is under “nectar of the gods” in my book! Ha!
However, I stumbled on a couple of other amazing butters that you rarely hear of. These delicious additions come from the rain forests of the Amazon, the jungles of India, the savannahs of Africa, jungles of South East Asia, and the mountains of South and Central America.
At first, thought I was going to write a very informative (and sleepy) blog that contained alllll my research. Snore. I realized Cupuacu (KU-PWAH-SOO) alone takes up a few pages. While I may geek out on the info, I certainly do not expect others (who need some validating and quick info) to do so.
Ok! Here I go…quickly.
In order to make the ingredient all-star team in my products, one must be powerfully stacked with antioxidants, anti-bacterial properties, anti-inflammatory properties, and vitamins! This is the minimum requirement. If one has anti-aging properties, anti-acne properties, and moisturizing properties, you will be moved ahead to first string team. Do you see how I formulate? Okay, lets move on…
My Beautiful Butter Blend has a plethora of amazing properties for hair and skin. Below I will list in simple terms what they bring to my team. You will then understand why my products blow so many others off the charts!
I love that I have formulated a blend of butters for my recipe base that moisturizes without ever feeling greasy or sticky. As a matter of a fact it will completely absorb into your skin in 10 sec. or less! It has a very mild scent, so it combines well with whatever essential oils or herbal tonics you decide to add to it.
Also, worth noting, is that these are all raw, cold-pressed, unrefined, and organic butters. This means they have not gone through a heating process, therefore all the nutrients remain intact. When I use then, I allow them to melt under a very light heat, just to make them blendable. This ensures we are preserving all its goodness for our skin!

My Friends!
As you can see the Beautiful Butters Blend Portion of my products is simply AMAZING! We now can nourish our skin in a way that the Cosmetic Industry has failed to offer. No Chemical Preservatives. No Micro Plastics (just wait till I get into that...you will be shocked!). No Synthetic Fillers. We simply used what the earth has offered us for optimal health for many many many years. I'm sure my ancestors are smiling at what I have learned. I'm sure yours are as well!
For the DIYer’s, My Beautiful Butter Blend will be available soon in bars to purchase. I have formulated the best balance of the 10 butters to benefit our skin without ever being greasy or sticky! This helps you to create your own creams without having to purchase 10 pounds of the butters which can cost over 200.00 USD + will more than likely go bad before you can use it all. I wish I had this opportunity when I first started out.
I hope this helps you envision the botanical magics my products have to offer!
Namaste’
Kari
